WILSON BAY COFFEE

For over a decade, Wilson Bay Coffee has been steadily building a deserved reputation of quality, style and great service in South Wales.

The Market in Kingsway Centre is their newest location, alongside beautiful spaces in Caldicot, Christchurch and Parc-Seymour. From delicious coffee, matcha, iced tea, toasted snacks and more, it’s guaranteed that you’ll want to stop by regularly for the Wilson Bay experience.

TINY REBEL

Tiny Rebel began life as a passion project between two best mates, Brad and Gazz, brewing out of a small unit right here in Newport. Since their modest 2012 launch, Tiny Rebel has grown into Wales’ largest independent craft brewery, picking up some serious accolades.

Awards include being crowned Supreme Champion Beer of Britain in 2015, through their Welsh Red Ale, Cwtch. They are both the youngest brewery and the first from Wales to ever win the award.

AU VODKA

AU Vodka were proudly born in Swansea in 2015 when two school friends spotted a gap in the market for something bold, distinctive, and built for a new generation.

Their iconic gold bottle quickly became a symbol of success, and AU has since risen to become the number one ultra-premium vodka brand in the UK. Alongside their award-winning Original vodka, AU offer a diverse range of flavours that has captivated a global audience.

YA-SOUVLAKI! Greek Street food

Ya-Souvlaki is the spot everyone in Cardiff knows for proper Greek street-food – and they are now coming to The Market in Kingsway Centre! They’ve built their name on big portions, bold seasoning, and that fresh-off-the-grill energy you can smell before you even reach the counter.

Every box comes out looking like the kind of food you can’t even wait to photograph – you just dive straight in. If you’re into food that’s loud, fun and full of flavour, Ya-Souvlaki is exactly where you want to be.

MARK’S BUTCHERS

Built on Mark’s 25 years’ experience, with family values at heart, Mark’s Butchers supply quality meat in quantity at the best possible prices.

Buying direct from abattoirs and large wholesalers in bulk, Mark and the team proudly pass the savings on to their customers. 

Alongside their front of house placement at The Market, Mark and Vickie has mobile trucks covering Bristol, Somerset, Swindon, Devon, Sussex and Wales with plans to expand further.

BRGR

We were delighted when BRGR joined our journey at The Market in June. Their Bridgend success has been incredible to see, but by no means a surprise. Built on the vision, craft and passion of owner Ricky, BRGR bring street food to a whole new level. Make sure to visit and taste their amazing smash burgers, must see munch boxes and more. You won’t be disappointed.

SEÑOR LITTLE’S

At Señor Little’s, every ounce of love and passion goes into the food to give thier customers the best experience possible. The team goes the extra mile by making products in-house, from their delicious range of sauces to the tortillas used for each taco.

Their signature spice blend is designed to tantalise the taste buds, alongside a huge selection of fully customisable offerings created to satisfy the whole family.
